ATtracting and connecting innovation ecosystem actors for international co-investments in advanced TRACTION of deep-tech companies (atTRACTION)

The atTRACTION project aims to bridge innovation ecosystems across European regions, particularly the ecosystems of Wielkopolska, Lithuania, and Andalusia with the robust networks of Germany and France, to overcome gaps and challenges such as limited investor engagement and fragmented ecosystems hindering growth. atTRACTION fosters collaboration through curated joint deal flows, boosting co-investments, and supporting underrepresented founders in several fields within deep tech through various services designed to its target groups, i.e. international and local investors, deep-tech startups and scale-ups, diversity-based founders, local incubation/acceleration programs, corporates, public institutions, and technology transfer offices. By facilitating access to deal flow, providing support for internationalisation, and offering matchmaking services, atTRACTION contributes to strengthening connections between different innovation ecosystems, thus consolidating the EU-deep tech and entrepreneurial landscape.

Steinbeis Europa Zentrum is as a project partner responsible for developing and implementing a monitoring strategy, collection of good practices, development of add-on training with accelerators and incubators in the target regions, and development and organization of pitching sessions for startups.
