The new publication “From Small to Large: Best Practices for Local Sustainable Solutions” highlights how cities and municipalities across Europe are turning climate, energy and mobility ambitions into concrete projects. Through a collection of case studies from Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Greece and Spain, the publication demonstrates practical pathways towards climate-neutral and resilient urban development.

Published under the Smart Cities Marketplace, an initiative of the European Commission, the report illustrates how cities can benefit from targeted implementation support, capacity building, investor matchmaking and project development services. The Smart Cities Marketplace brings together cities, businesses, investors and experts to accelerate the deployment of sustainable urban solutions across Europe.
